Indovina chi c'è in salotto

Il digitale terrestre sta per arrivare in Toscana. Egidio Poletti, come molti altri cittadini refrattari ai cambiamenti, ignora il fatto che avverrà lo switch off e continua imperterrito a guardare la sua tv. Al momento del passaggio dal segnale televisivo analogico a quello digitale un decoder si intrufola nel suo salotto con l'intento di assicurargli, malgrado le sue rimostranze, la perfetta visione della tv.
Partecipa al concorso Switch off 2011, indetto da Corecom Toscana.

Is time to switch to Digital terrestrial television in Tuscany. Egidio Poletti, as many other people, ignores the imminent switch off and undismayed, he carry on watching his TV. At the moment of the switchfrom the analogical signal to the digital one, a decoder device sneaks into his living room with the aim to provide him, despite his hostilities, the perfect functioning of his tv.
Entered to the Switch off 2011 contest announced by Corecom Toscana.

Nuovo spot in pixilation: iniziano i lavori!

Iniziano i lavori per lo spot "Indovina chi c'è in salotto", in collaborazione con Chiara Falcinelli, con la partecipazione -speciale- di Nicola Lazzoni!

Iniziano ufficialmente oggi i lavori per lo spot che parteciperà al concorso indetto da Corecom Toscana per informare i cittadini dell'imminente passaggio al digitale terrestre. Sarà l'ennesima corsa contro il tempo ma siamo assolutamente fiduciose! Il programma, serratissimo, prevede il montaggio del set nella giornata di oggi, prove tecniche e prime riprese domani e altri tre giorni da dividere tra riprese, montaggio e editing del suono. Speriamo che fili tutto liscio!!

We're officially starting today to work to a new pixilation commercial. It'll enter to the Switch Off 2011 Contest, announced by the Tuscany Corecom to inform people about the imminent switch to the Digital Terrestrial Television. It'll be the umpteenth race against the clock but we're absolutely trustful! The planning is to build the set today, to start the shooting tomorrow and to continue for the three days after, combining the shooting with the editing and sound design. We really hope that everything will toe the line!!

Back to Italy

Riprese finite, non ci resta che attendere con ansia l'editing finale!!

Ieri sera abbiamo festeggiato la fine dell'ultima, frenetica settimana di riprese. Gli ultimi giorni sono stati davvero faticosi ma sono molto felice del lavoro che abbiamo fatto.
L'uscita del film è prevista per settembre / ottobre. Sono impaziente di vederlo. Da questo pomeriggio sono di nuovo in Italia, pronta per iniziare una nuova avventura..

Yesterday evening we celebrated the end of the last, frenetic week of shooting. Last days have been really demanding but I'm very happy of the work we did.
The film will be released around september / october. I'm impatient to see it. Since this afternoon I'm back in Italy, ready to start a new adventure.. Updating soon...

Leaving for Belgium!

Lavorerò al cortometraggio "Oh Willy" di Emma de Swaef e Marc J. Roels

Da un po' di tempo aspettavo questo momento e sono immensamente felice che finalmente sia arrivato.
Per i prossimi due mesi lavorerò al cortometraggio "Oh Willy" di Emma de Swaef e Marc J. Roels, le cui riprese si svolgeranno presso lo studio Beast Animation a Mechelen (Belgio).
Tra i mille motivi che ho per essere contenta di prendere parte al progetto, la mia stima per Emma e Marc e per il loro meraviglioso lavoro.

It's been a while since I was waiting for this moment and I'm awfully happy that it finally came.
For the next two months I'll be working on Emma De Swaef and Marc Roels' new short film "Oh Whilly". We are shooting in Mechelen (Belgium), at Beast Animation's studio.
Among a thousand of reasons to be happy to take part to the project, my admiration for Emma and Marc's amazing work.
